State Office - The PEL State Office is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Central Division - The PEL Central Division is located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  It represents the 32-county region in Northeastern and  Central Pennsylvania.  The counties are:  Adams, Bedford, Berks, Blair, Bradford, Cambria, Carbon, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Pike, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, Wyoming and York.
